Airfield information thread for inclusion in our UK Airports info database! To keep it comprehensive I suggest we have a standard format and/or compulsory information for each including:
Chart/Airfield Layout Map Airfield Elevation Navaids Runway info (Rwys available, surface, Distances)
That's really about all you need for sim flying I would think?

This is a great idea! It'll be really useful to everyone flying the UK. The NATS site is excellent, although after reading their ToS, they have it's use battened down as tight as Google.
Showing my noobness here, I have no idea what "TODA", "ASDA", "TORA" and "LDA" mean.

Sorry I meant to add those, we'll have to put them into the Wiki:
TORA Takeoff Run Available - The length of runway declared available and suitable for the ground run of a departing aircraft
TODA Takeoff Distance Available - The length of the takeoff run available plus the length of the clearway, if clearway is provided (The clearway length allowed must lie within the aerodrome or airport boundary. TODA is the lesser of TORA plus clearway or 1.5 times TORA).
ASDA Accelerate-Stop Distance Available - The length of the takeoff run available plus the length of the stopway, if stopway is provided.
LDA Landing Distance Available - The length of runway which is declared available and suitable for the ground run of an aircraft landing.
EDA Emergency Distance Available - LDA (or TORA) plus a stopway.
Hope that helps.
